Believe In Your Own Brilliance
a transformative workshop for women in the workplace
The Need
Everyone loses when bright people play small – Imposter syndrome is not just a self-help issue, it’s a bottom line issue.
Capable women who limit themselves affect not only their careers but also their organisations. This workshop holds profound significance for women in the workplace, offering a tailored platform to address the unique challenges and barriers they often encounter on their professional journey.
By providing a safe and supportive space to explore these issues, the workshop empowers women to break free from impostor syndrome and self-doubt, embrace their brilliance, and step into leadership roles with authenticity and confidence.
Moreover, the program’s emphasis on self-awareness, resilience-building, and practical skill development equips participants with the tools they need to navigate workplace dynamics, advocate for themselves, and thrive amidst challenges.

why I’m uniquely positioned to teach this topic…
- My journey towards teaching this topic has been deeply personal and transformative. Despite the many amazing things I had created in my life, the numerous milestones and accomplishments, I came to realize that my most significant creation would be a wiser, braver, happier, and more authentically confident version of myself.
- While the world often perceived me as a confident individual with many dreams, I frequently found myself retreating into the shadows, grappling with feelings of unworthiness, and dimming my light.
- The upheavals brought on by the pandemic, the responsibilities of new motherhood, a family health crisis, and multiple relocations further led me down the road of profound self-doubt, imposter syndrome and identity crisis.
- I went through 3 years of massive indecision, confusion and lack of self-trust. My professional and business life suffered because of it.
But I knew I could rewrite my story. I realized that none of my achievements would make me happy or worthy. This work was internal.
From a place of brokenness was born the desire to be the coauthor of my story and architect of my future.
I firmly believe that our lives are governed by our Conditioned Responses and Patterns (CRAP) that often keep us trapped in cycles of self-limitation. The path to empowerment and success lies in rewiring these patterns.
I embarked on a journey of self-connection, self-leadership and self-coaching. Through intensive research, a relentless pursuit of knowledge, and obtaining global certifications in confidence, mindset, and personal growth, I embarked on a mission to transform my mess into a message.
I knew I wasn’t alone in how I felt and that I was assigned that mountain to show others it could be moved.
In my years of experience working with corporates, I realised that while ongoing skill development was crucical to their success, there was huge confidence and mindset gap that needed to be filled.
I wanted to make this process simple, uncomplicated and fun, because it truly is. And that’s how this born was program.
Women don’t give themselves enough credit for what they can do. You see it in the 21 year old senior coming out of school, you see it in the PH.D candidate coming out of graduate school, and you see it in the professional who’s been working for 10 or 15 years 20 years.

Questions? I have answers!
What is the workshop duration?
The ideal recommended duration is 3.5-4 hours. However, since this is a ‘solution’ it can be customised to a longer program, or even a shorter 60-90 minute keynote speech.
Is this only for women?
While this program is designed for women in the workplace, it can absolutely be tweaked to a mixed gender crowd. While maybe not as obvious, many men too suffer with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and find themselves professionally stuck.
Can this be run online?
Absolutely! Especially for the online version, we recommend keeping the audience size intimate, as it’s important that everyone gets to share their stories and actively participate. We can run this over Zoom, or your preferred Virtual connection platform.
How many participants in a session?
This depends on the format you would like to run. For a keynote speech, we can accommodate large numbers. For a virtual workshop we recommend limiting participants numbers to 25 or under, and for on site sessions, under 35.
